About Me

My name is Jennifer Suzette Schmidt and my brand is JenniferSSchmidt Collection. I am a fashion designer and started my brand as a womenswear designer in 2012 when I lived in San Francisco, CA.

Starting out, I participated in several fashion events in the city such as designing for the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibit at the de Young Museum, the 1st Design Week, and SF Fashion Week.

Since then, I have showed my collection at NYFW and competed in a couple of design contests, such as Talon ‘Zips Challenge’ and ‘Suiting the Sound’ design challenge for the Country Music Hall of Fame.

More recently, my work has been seen on a Food Network and at the Grammys!

Throughout my career, I have designed lots of different styles and for events, ranging from bridal to western wear, to plus-size, and menswear. I love to challenge myself and expand my skills. Over time, my style has changed and molded, as I have as a person.
